Acting Mayor Lheslen A. Enad issued Executive Order No. 17, Series of 2026 dated on October 7, 2026, as authorized by the Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 402, Series of 2026.
This initiative is undertaken so Minglanilla will have a proactive approach for the imminent El Niño crisis. Guided by strategic planning and fast-acting intervention measures, the municipal leadership is committed to work its hardest so that every household is seen and acknowledged.
